Cancellations and Returns Policies

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped out. If you would like to cancel or make a change, please email us as soon as possible at info@switheart.org and include your order number in the subject line and we will do what we can to help.

Can I return an item?

We are able to accept returns on any undamaged and unused items as long as they are shipped to us within 30 days of placing your order. After 30 days, all sales are final. Items must be received in like-new condition to receive a full refund. Any refunds will be processed only after the returned items are received and reviewed. Please email us at info@switheart.org before returning items to notify us of your intention to return item(s) and reason for return. Please include your order number in the subject line. Returns must include your original packaging and packing slip, and may be shipped back using a carrier of your choice. SwitHeart Animal Alliance, Inc. does not pay for return shipping. At this time, SwitHeart Animal Alliance, Inc. is only able to accept return orders from within the United States and from the United Kingdom.

Can I exchange an item?

Due to limited inventory quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. You may however return an item as instructed above, and additionally purchase the substitute item you would like from the website if it is available.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once a refund is confirmed, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your account. We can only issue a refund to the original payment method.
