What if I did not receive a confirmation email?
Email us at email@example.com. It’s possible there was an issue with your payment, item(s) may be out of stock, or there may be a problem with your email address. We can help.
What should I do if I want to place a bulk order?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Discuss with Andrea – since we don’t always use shipping with tracking.
Why is my order taking so long?
Our merchandise operation is new and relatively small, so we ask you to please be patient as we get your items to you as quickly as possible.
